We are looking for a results-oriented and analytical B2B SaaS Sales Manager to join our new business development team. Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving lead generation, improving conversion rates, and providing strategic insights through financial and market analysis. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in B2B sales and a solid understanding of SaaS and subscription-based business models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute B2B sales strategies to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates across target segments.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals, while building strong client relationships.
  • Conduct financial and market analysis to support strategic direction and business planning.
  • Utilize P&L and ROI data to evaluate performance and contribute to investment decisions and business case development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and strategy) to refine value propositions and align messaging.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity using CRM tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze P&L, ROI, and develop sound business justifications.
  • Experience conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and subscription-based business models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a structured, goal-driven approach.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket or manufacturing industry.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media
  • Proficiency with CRM and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel, Power BI).
