We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Owner to lead the development of multiple digital SaaS solutions in the domains of manufacturing optimization, logistics management, and carbon footprint tracking. This role combines strategic vision with operational execution and requires close collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the product roadmap for multiple interrelated digital platforms
Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and actionable tasks
Prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases on time
Gather insights from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to continuously refine features
Define success metrics and monitor product performance
Ensure integration and consistency across various product domains
Support business development, go-to-market planning, and investor communications when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
Strong understanding of at least one of the following areas: industrial technology, supply chain systems, sustainability/ESG analytics
Proven track record of managing complex digital products end-to-end
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile methodologies and product development best practices
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Preferred Experience:

Experience with international product teams or clients
Familiarity with digital transformation in manufacturing, logistics, or environmental reporting
Technical background in engineering, data analytics, or sustainability is a plus
Startup or scale-up experience preferred
