Key Responsibilities

• Fullstack Development:
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, user-friendly web and mobile applications.
• Develop APIs, microservices, and server-side logic to support AI/ML-powered functionalities.
• Create intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Integrate third-party libraries, tools, and APIs into the application stack.
• AI/ML Integration:
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models in production environments.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to transform prototypes into scalable AI solutions.
  • Optimize model performance, accuracy, and inference time with ability to monitor and improve.
  • Ensure ethical AI practices and proper data handling.
• DevOps & Deployment:
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment of applications and ML models.
  • Monitor and manage cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS).
  • Optimize application and model deployment for high availability and low latency.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and UX/UI designers, to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Document processes, codebases, and architectural decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Spring Boot).
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket protocols.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of MLOps best practices, such as model versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
