Senior Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Business Development Manager to lead and support our new business initiatives. As part of a large enterprise driving innovation, this role is critical in identifying growth opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and enabling market expansion through data-driven planning and execution. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and scale new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute B2B go-to-market strategies to drive lead generation and improve conversion rates.
• Design and implement digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with industry players and service providers to maximize value creation.
• Analyze and improve business models to support revenue growth and investment decisions.
• Conduct financial and market analysis to inform strategic direction and business planning.
• Collect customer feedback and translate insights into actionable proposals for product and service improvement, in coordination with product and development teams.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategic alliances and partnerships.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze P&L, ROI, and support business case formulation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with SaaS and subscription-based business models.
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred Experience
• Experience in the automotive aftermarket or manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media.
• Project management experience, especially in cross-functional or global environments.
